Larry W. Seibert has returned to Avatar Associates in wake of its purchase by Overture Asset Managers Company. He returns as senior vice president and equity portfolio manager for the New York City asset manager.

Siebert left Avatar in 1999 after nine years of service to join Barrett Associates where he was managing director, director of research, portfolio manager and research analyst.

Overture, a firm specializing in marketing and distribution, purchased Avatar Associates earlier this spring.
