The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. announced today that a technology and business agreement has been signed by the group with Advent Resources Inc. This agreement will certify Advent as a member of ADP's Application Programming Interface (API) Program. ADP(R) clients can now benefit from Advent's F&I system, using an ADP authorized bi-directional interface.

San Francisco-based Fremont Investment Advisors has announced that it has elected Nancy Tengler as its new president and chief executive officer, succeeding David Redo, who will begin transitioning to retirement. Tengler, who joined FIA last year as its president and cio, takes over the helm effective today and will also serve as a managing director of the Fremont Group.

Palo Alto, California-based 401Konnect has announced that Josephthal & Co., Inc., a full-service securities firm headquartered in New York City, has contracted to participate in its online marketplace, 401konnect.com. Under the terms of the agreement, Josephthal's network of investment professionals will be granted direct online access to 401Konnect's analysis tools and database of 401(k) plan offerings. Calvert Funds has inaugurated its new Web site, originally slated for February of this year, as reported on MutualFundWire.com. The revamped site features Calvert's new tagline: "Investments That Make a Difference."

Stilwell Financial, parent of Janus, today announced that it had received approximately $675 million in net proceeds upon the closing of the sale of approximately $931 million principal amount at maturity of zero-coupon convertible senior notes.
